What are your favorite activities when you’re not at the gym? Being outdoors as much as possible; camping, biking, kayaking and fishing. If I’m not outside, I’m inside binge watching sports or Netflix, reading or spending time with my family and friends.

Meet: Josef Brandenburg
Nickname: Lady Legs Brandenburg. My legs don't have much hair and a client pointed out how "lady like" they were, and, for some reason the name has been sticking.

It's an opportunity to change the way fitness is done, change lives, work with great people and to be able to have fun at work every single day.
Favorite exercise: Pull ups
Exercise you love to hate: Bulgarian split squats (a.k.a. rear foot elevated split squats)
Least favorite exercise: Jogging. It takes so long, and makes my right knee swell.
What are your favorite activities when you're not at the gym?
Tickling my little baby girl. I love doing anything that makes her giggle.
How did you get into the fitness industry?
Being called "Blubber Thing" at summer camp as a kid got me fired up about figuring out how to get and stay in shape.
Favorite compliant food: Brisket and greens from Hill Country BBQ. Amazing!
