  • Customized Fitness Programming - Based on your goals, we design a individualized program.
  • 4 Small-Group Personal Training Sessions - Work with a certified trainer for in-depth instructions focused on you.
  • Unlimited Team Metabolic Training - Not your conventional cardio classes, our accelerated classes are effective, safe and fun.
  • Open Gym - Come as often as you like to take advantage of your full gym access.
  • On-Point Session - Our one-on-one monthly accountability session with the Director of Training will help you reach your goals. The DoT will answer questions about nutrition, your open gym program and make sure your strategy is working for you. This is a huge part of ensuring your success.

With 100% certainty, our program will work if you can answer these three simple questions:

  • Do you currently eat food?
    • If can wrap your head around changing what you eat for lunch or what you drink most of the time, then you can do it.
      If you literally will not change anything in your diet, then, no we can’t help you.
  • Can you invest 2 to 4 hours per week in exercise?
    • If you can exercise even twice a week for an hour at a time, then you can do it.
      If you can’t make that much time in your life to invest in yourself, then we can’t help you right now.
  • Are you a nice person?
    • If the answer is “yes”, we’re good. Really, that’s all you need to be able to work this for you. We’ll do the rest.

Should I wait until the time is right or timing is better?

Will I fit in? Will the other people at the gym laugh at me?

Our policy states that we will fire any member or employee if they are ever mean to another member or staff person. The same stands from our 14-Day Trial because no amount of money is worth damaging the environment we’ve worked so hard to create.

One of the things that our members tell us is that their fellow members are a huge part of our success. You will hear one member tell another, “Wow! That is really impressive!” or people cheer if you tell them you’ve lost two inches around the waist in the last month. We hire excellent people who like one another and our clients. You really don’t do crunches? How will I work my abs?

What does almost everybody do who wants a better stomach? Crunches, crunches and more stomach crunches. That’s what everyone else is doing—it must work. Right?

We beg to differ. When you come in for your initial assessment, we will evaluate your fitness level with a series of screening actions, observe your range of motion, flexibility and balance, as well as other attributes. This is the basis of your individualized program that lays out the right work for your body. From day one, your core work strengthens your abdominal muscles and protects your spine from injury.

Does lifting weights make women “bulky”?

“But I don’t want to get big and bulky,” is something we often hear. Lifting heavier weights makes women toner and lifting relatively light weights for very high repetitions is actually what the female bodybuilders do to get larger.

Our system of small group training is actually a key to how you can get great results for a great value. Our coaches can supervise up to four people at the same time, so you all get as much attention as you need, see results and have more fun. That’s a win-win-win!
